1 General Provisions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.

A weekly cashback is provided at each VIP tier, calculated as a set percentage of the member's net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6.2 Tier Change Rules

• VIP tier upgrades depend on a member's regular activity and overall participation on the platform.
• eb 333 reserves the right to change VIP tiers at its own discretion.
• VIP benefits are personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on eb 333. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Using any kind of software, bot, or automated system.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct towards other members.
• Participating in money laundering or suspicious financial activities.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by eb 333

eb 333 may close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms.
• If identity verification fails or false information has been provided.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If deemed necessary for security reasons.

8.2 Closure by the Member
